Dimitri: Can you mention your biggest music career achievements in 2017?
Omnia: There so many to mention but I’d say that this year I finally started my brand new project called NUMY which will show the other side of my music mind. It’s completely different music and I’m really excited about it.
Dimitri: Can you mention your biggest personal life achievements in 2017 that make you extremely proud?
Omnia: Well, this is not that big of a thing to be proud of but I became vegetarian because of my personal views on nature and animals and this helps me to change my mind and see some things in the right direction IMO.

Not listening to radio at all, so I’d say ‘Spotify’

Not purchasing too much music these days because I received so many promos. But Spotify is great just for listening

25) Best music related website that you visit frequently:
Well, my twitter and Instagram feed gives me enough music news ;)

26) Best Smart phone or smart phone application:
iPhone X / and about 15 applications for daily routine (Twitter, Instagram, etc)

27) Best Dj equipment (software or hardware):
Still the same for many years: ‘Pioneer’ players / mixer

28) Best new sound or sample that has been used in Electronic Music this year perhaps introduced first by you?
Well, as always, they all tried so many times to copy my sound but it’s impossible ha-ha :D - Seriously, that’s a very big topic. But probably the most ‘trendy’ in trance music this year were all these ‘PSY trance’ things, kick drums / bass-lines, etc...

29) Best tip that you learnt this year for your Djing techniques or music composition:
The thing that I learn each year in music production: is that a good song should be as simple as possible and the production process should take a few days in your studio. Spending weeks and months on one tune means tons of wasted time usually.

30) Best hobby or activity that you spent a lot of time in 2017:
Luckily this year I spent a lot of time in the gym and swimming pool that makes feel much better recently

31) Best holiday destination for 2017 either to relax or to perform in a club or festival:
I spent great vacation in Italy this year

DJ Mag

33) Best Movie of the year that may inspire you to compose a track:
‘Ghost in the Shell’ and ‘Blade Runner 2049’

Dimitri: Finally, please tell our readers your plans with your future releases, tracks, albums, collaborations, DJ gigs.
Omnia: Well, the first release for 2018 will be my collaboration with Alex Sonata on ASOT label, and even more interesting collaborations coming up next year with some talented producers and vocalists. So keep an eye, and I hope to see my fans all around the world in 2018
